Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed up to 7 days before the appointment date, and the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the appointment date, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed only once, subject to available open slots, and same-day rescheduling is not permitted. No-shows will not receive a deposit refund, and arriving up to 20 minutes late is acceptable.
