DEPOSIT

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Appointments may be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled appointment date.

One appointment reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice.

Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will incur a £20 late fee and may affect the treatment time.

(If you are delayed due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible to avoid disruption to other scheduled appointments.)

Touch-up appointments are valid for up to 3 months from the initial treatment date.

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your touch-up appointment, it will be treated as a no-show.

If you need to reschedule your touch-up appointment, please provide at least 3 days' notice.

Every treatment begins with a consultation.

I reserve the right to decline treatment if I believe it is not suitable for your skin, facial features or overall safety.

If treatment cannot proceed due to professional or medical reasons identified during the consultation, your deposit will be refunded.

However, deposits are not refundable if you decide not to proceed after the consultation for personal reasons or a change of mind.

If you have previous permanent makeup done elsewhere, please send clear photos before booking. Treatment may not always be possible.

Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy or medications before your appointment.

Please note that healed results vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.
